Collection: Rooibos Tea

Rooibos tea is from a bush like plant from South Africa and is often called Red tea or Bush Tea.  However, if you go into a traditional tea shop and order red tea, you may find that you end up getting black tea as that is what the Chinese call red tea.

Rooibos (pronounced ROY-boss) tea is actually an herbal tea (or tisane) and is traditionally fermented which gives the leaves their robust red color.  Green Rooibos teas also exist and are just processed a little differently, but contains all of the amazing benefits of its red partner.

Rooibos tea is a wonderful anti-inflammatory tea that also acts as an anti-spasmodic, helping to relieve tummy troubles.  Rooibos also is a hormone booster and helps with estrogen production.

The liquor of Red Bush tea is a deep reddish brown and the taste is nutty and sweet. And the best part is, it's naturally caffeine free.
